What is the return policy?
My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, you can return the ring within 14 days for a refund not including shipping.
How can I find my finger size?
Getting the right size is easy! Almost any jewelry store will size your finger for free.
What if my ring doesnt fit?
I ask that you please find your ring size before placing and order and please don't guess. But in the event that your ring doesn't fit as comfortable as its meant to, I offer one free replacement size after I recieve the origional ring. Return Shipping cost and the new ring shipping cost shall be paid buy you. This only applies to my premaid designs and ready to ship rings.
For custom rings, I do not accept exchanges.
Where is your jewelery manufactured?
I handmake each one of my rings in Salt Lake City, Utah in my little home shop. I am the owner and jewelry maker of Sylva & Silver, and I ensure that each ring is made with love and care.
How long will my order take to ship?
Shipping time for pre-designed rings is typically 7 to 14 business days.
